Go to prismix.dev/service/gemini-api. Gemini also has a Workspace status page at

Hard refresh and try incognito
Press Ctrl+Shift+R to hard refresh. If you still see "Something went wrong", open
gemini.google.comin an incognito window with all extensions disabled. Browser extensions (especially privacy tools) and stale cached data are the #1 cause of Gemini web errors. - 3
Verify your Google One AI Premium subscription
If Gemini Advanced is unavailable, go to
one.google.comand confirm your AI Premium plan is active and associated with the Google account you are signed into. The plan must be on the same account you use for Gemini. - 4
