Three tiers, one comparison. Anonymous visitors get the full read surface — every status page, every news article, every MCP server detail page, every public bundle. No sign-in wall. A free account adds engagement (like, comment, install, follow) and the For You ranker. Pro adds outbound notifications, the combined daily/weekly digest, and the ability to create bundles.

Why Pro?

Three things only Pro gives you.

The Free tier covers reading, engagement, and 5 starred-service alerts. Pro adds the operator-grade pieces:

Create bundles in all 3 pillars

Named, shareable stacks — status services, news sources + tags, MCP servers. Public or private. One paste installs a whole MCP stack into Claude Desktop / Cursor.

One combined digest, not three

Daily or weekly. Status incidents, top news from your sources, releases on installed MCP servers — all in one email at your local hour. Quiet-hours-aware.

Real alert pipeline

5 email destinations + 5 webhooks (Discord, Slack, generic HMAC-signed). Severity threshold, per-service mute, per-destination filters, instant emails on new MCP releases.

FAQ

Do I need an account to use Prismix?

No. The full status dashboard, every news article, every RSS feed, and the public REST API are open to anonymous visitors — no sign-in wall, no email-gate. You only need an account when you want to star services, post comments, react with emojis, subscribe to news sources, or receive email alerts.

What's the catch on Free?

No catch. Star up to 5 services, get alerts to your account email, like + comment + install + react on every article and MCP server, subscribe to sources + tags + categories, vote on the roadmap — all free, indefinitely. Pro lifts the caps (more destinations, unlimited stars, effectively-unlimited comments) and adds: bundles (status / news / MCP), digest emails (combined or pillar-specific), webhook alerts, quiet hours, instant new-server + release notifications, and a 10× API rate limit.

What's a bundle?

A named, shareable group of items. Status bundles = AI services to monitor as a stack ("my coding setup" = Claude + Cursor + Copilot). News bundles = sources + tags combined into one feed ("AI research deep cuts" = Anthropic blog + arXiv + #paper). MCP bundles = a "Spotify playlist" of MCP servers with a one-paste install for Claude Desktop / Cursor. Anyone can browse public bundles; creating them is a Pro feature. Private bundles only render for the owner.

What's the free Pro promo?

Right now, Pro is on us — no card, no billing, full access. Sign in, click "Claim free Pro", you're done. Accounts that grab Pro during the promo keep it permanently, even after pricing reverts to $10/mo via Ko-fi.

Can I cancel anytime?

Once paid signups go live, Ko-fi cancellation is one click from your Ko-fi account page. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds.

Where does my data live?

Cloudflare KV on the global edge. No third-party trackers, no analytics cookies. You can delete your account from /profile — a 30-day grace period, then a daily sweeper hard-wipes every Prismix-stored datum. JSON export is on the roadmap. More on /security.
