Community bot error
Third-party bots fail when the creator's API key expires or they delete the bot. Switch to an official Poe bot (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) — those never expire.
Mobile app not loading
Force-close the Poe app and reopen. If that doesn't work, clear app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Poe → Clear cache; iOS: offload + reinstall). Update to latest version.

Check which bots are failing
Try a Claude bot and a GPT-4o bot. If only Claude bots fail — this is an Anthropic outage, not a Poe issue. Check prismix.dev/service/anthropic. If only GPT bots fail — check prismix.dev/service/openai. If all bots fail, check prismix.dev/service/poe.

Check your message limit
Go to poe.com/settings — scroll to "Message Limits" to see your remaining messages per bot tier. If you're out on premium bots, switch to a basic bot (Claude 3.5 Haiku or GPT-4o mini) until midnight Pacific, or upgrade to Poe+.

Test in incognito without extensions
Open poe.com in an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N on Chrome / Cmd+Shift+N on Mac). Extensions — ad blockers, VPNs, privacy shields — are disabled in incognito. If Poe works there, the extension is the problem. Disable extensions one by one to identify the culprit.

Hard refresh the page
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear the browser cache for poe.com. Sometimes cached JS causes Poe's chat interface to fail after a Poe deploy.

Fix mobile app issues
