Is Krea AI Down?

If Prismix shows Krea AI as "Operational" but you're having issues:

• Real-time canvas not updating (WebSocket latency) — the live canvas feature streams generation previews over WebSocket. High network latency or browser extensions blocking WebSocket connections cause the canvas to freeze. Try disabling ad blockers, switching to a wired network, or opening Krea in a private/incognito window to rule out extension conflicts.
• Flux model returning wrong aspect ratio — Flux models on Krea require the aspect ratio to be set before generation begins, not as a post-crop. If you change the canvas dimensions after setting a prompt, the model may still render at the original ratio. Reset the canvas size and regenerate to apply the new dimensions correctly.
• Video generation queue over 10 minutes — AI video generation is GPU-intensive and queues behind image generation jobs. During peak hours (US/EU business hours) video queue times can exceed 10 minutes. Check the queue indicator in the Krea UI; subscribing to a Pro tier provides dedicated GPU priority and shorter wait times.
• Canvas stroke not recognized by the AI — real-time canvas requires strokes to be sufficiently thick and distinct for the AI to interpret. Very thin lines or light-colored strokes on white backgrounds may not register. Increase brush opacity to 100% and use higher-contrast colors; the AI interprets the canvas as a semantic sketch, not a precise blueprint.
• Account credit sync delay after purchase — credits purchased through the Krea web app can take up to 5 minutes to reflect in the generation interface. Refresh the page after 5 minutes; if credits still do not appear, check your payment confirmation email and contact Krea support with the transaction ID.
• API token expired mid-session — Krea's API tokens have a rolling expiry. Long-running automation scripts or integrations that run overnight may encounter 401 errors when the token silently expires. Implement token refresh logic using your refresh token before each request batch, or catch 401 responses and re-authenticate automatically.
