- ✓ Email when state flips. Operational → Degraded → Partial outage → Major outage. Every transition, in both directions (recoveries too).
- ✓ One service per subscription. Just OpenArt. No noise from the other 47 AI providers we track.
- ✓ One-click unsubscribe. Footer link in every email. No account needed to opt out.
- ✓ Idempotency built in. A flapping service won't carpet-bomb your inbox — same transition triggers at most one email per 7-day window.

Common questions
Is this really free?
Yes. Prismix is funded by Pro memberships ($10/mo via Ko-fi). The public per-service email alerts are a free top-of-funnel — no card, no account, no hidden upsells.
How often will I hear from you?
Only when OpenArt's upstream status indicator changes. Stable providers go quiet for weeks. Busy providers might fire 2-4 emails in a bad week. Average across all 48 services is ~1 email per service per month.
Where does the status data come from?
OpenArt doesn't publish a status feed, so we probe their public endpoint every minute and treat reachable = operational. Less precise than upstream-fed services but still catches major outages.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. No account, no friction. The link uses an HMAC-signed token so you don't need to be logged in.
