Suggestions from all of you guys is needed, please respond this text [D]

Hey guys, I have been posting in this subreddit for a long time. I have been asking to give me sugggesitons on my personal career, on how to move ahead in this AI replacement era. I have been touching the basics, trying to make sure I do not miss any fundamentals. I started with data analytics, moved to machine learning, learnt linear algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning, built projects to demonstrate my skills, and applied to internships, though I was rejected several times. I accepted and am still accepting cause it is a part of the process

As soon as I was done with machine learning, I thought I should give a shot to the Deep Learning, Started learning deeplearning all those MLP, CNN, LSTM, and GRU cells, and learnt from scratch. I realized deploying the project is the most important aspect, so I learned FastAPI and Streamlit and hosted a couple of projects on Streamlit Cloud. Then I figured out what we had to solve. "IT WORKS ON MY DEVICE PROBLEM, which led me to learn Docker; it was fun to see how things work. I made a couple of projects using Docker, Streamlit, and FastAPI. Then I thought I did not know backend. Then I started learning AWS with PostgreSQL and the features of AWS like IAM users, RDS databases, ECS, Fargate, and SQS, and making a project that covers all of them! I am now working on transformers and have just completed comparing a decoder-only transformer (baseline model is similar to Andrej Karpathy's model), with adjustments like ROPE, RMSNORM, and SWIGLU.

There are a few things that I have to share:

1. In every single project that I have made, the core idea came from AI.

2. I went from learning first to projects to learning by creating projects (this is the best one)

3. I have faced almost all the rejections so far.

4. I still do not know every single line of code, but I do believe that maybe I can design an architecture if someone wants me to make the project and figure out what to do next and how to do it

5. No one is born perfect. HARD WORK>> TALENT at any time of the day

Few questions:

1. Am I going on the right path as the time is ticking? As an international student based in the United States, I have to make sure I get something out of my career in some time, real quick. I am a rising junior, btw

2. Am I doing the right way of learning? I hate to vibe code, btw.

I would really appreciate your suggestions.

N
