Prismix runs at https://prismix.dev. It is independent — not affiliated with any provider it monitors. Data is sourced from each provider's own public status feed (where one exists) or a public HTTP probe otherwise. The news feed mirrors headlines + excerpts under fair-use summary norms and links back to every publisher.

## What Prismix does (three pillars)

1. **Status pillar** — Aggregates the official status pages of every major AI provider, refreshes every ~5 minutes, normalises indicators (up / degraded / down / no data), surfaces 30-day uptime + open + recent incidents per service, and dispatches alerts to subscribed users.
2. **News pillar** — Ingests 71 curated AI news sources every 4 hours, dedupes by URL hash, tags each article (model-release, agents, safety, paper, benchmark, etc.), and ranks the For-You feed using a TikTok-style implicit affinity engine built from likes / comments / dismisses / subscribes.
3. **MCP directory** — Curated catalogue of 80 Model Context Protocol servers (Anthropic reference + vendor + community). Each entry carries an install command, Claude Desktop / Cursor config snippet, GitHub stats (stars, forks, last commit) refreshed daily, and a community-driven Like + "Installed" social signal that powers a per-user For You feed.
